Supporting Our Local Baker, Emily

We’re proud to support Emily, a talented local baker from the next village, who now sells her homemade treats from the wee shed at the front of The Shoulder of Mutton.

Emily isn’t just passionate about baking—she’s committed to giving back. She chooses 6 charities a year & donates 20% of her profits on those days to causes close to her heart.

Because her business launched later in the year, she’ll be supporting four charities throughout 2025:

• The Big C

• Alzheimer’s Society UK

• Dawn’s New Horizons (Supporting Survivors of Domestic Abuse)

• Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital

Her mission is simple: to spread joy through delicious bakes while making a meaningful difference in the community.
